We do not accept refunds/exchanges on products that are considered undergarments/ swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your order you may return it within 10 days of receiving your order

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please email info@eastwoodstreet.com to request your return. You must include your order number in the email.Once the return has been approved you will receive the returns address and instructions for packaging your return.

The shipping cost and duties for the return will need to be paid for by you. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping and we highly advise you get proof of postage in the form of a tracking number and keep the receipt and details. EWST. is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
